Over ambitious?
Tentatively stepped out into the icy conditions to walk a possible running route to consider for Janathon. ~I think it was about 9 miles in total - now clearly I am not expecting to run this straight off - my 'outdoor' running history so far is limited so this is ambitious, but with the festive indulgences to recover from, maybe I should be aiming high.
