I exercise fairly regularly, usually in the gym using the treadmill, cross trainer and stepper for cardio, and then some weights for resistence, but for Janathon I have taken to running outside, and my legs muscles, particularly my calf muscles, really ache. When will it stop?
Today I ran just over a mile, on a flatter terrain than yesterday, I am hoping that with a return to work tomorrow I can maintaiin the commitment to run everyday.
You can. you SO can, even if its just a k or 2... by week 2 you'll feel ace (or dead) - Stick with it! x
