I got to the gym today! Am having to be careful because my achilles is still quite tender, but I did some work on the cross trainer, and some resistance work with weights and feel great! I just want to run though, am wondering whether I should tentatively manage a short run on Saturday morning... how much rest is enough rest?
I am considering entering a half marathon with work colleagues in June, the idea sounds great, but the course is a killer... hmm will ponder that some more.
